Outer Boundary Magazine is proudly published and edited by Steve and Deanna Krueger in Menasha Wisconsin.  Brought up in a family of outdoor enthusiasts, Steve has always been active in outdoor activities.  He has lived most of his life in the Midwest with some years spent in the Rocky Mountains.  His involvement with graphic arts and marketing in the outdoor industry made him realize there needed to be an initiative to make a correction with the direction recreational activities are promoted.  He watched as outdoor writing turned into commercialized story telling used to promote and sell products, with ethics and honesty dwindling by the year.  In 2010 Steve reached his fill with the continued questionable behavior of some industry leaders, and the utter arrogance of some in the pro outdoor field.  He started Outer Boundary Magazine to promote family values within the outdoor industry and quell unethical conduct by becoming the watchdog publication for outdoor recreation.

Kevin Kerkvliet and Dean Kaminski

Writers - Disabilities and the Outdoors

Kevin Kerkvliet and Dean Kaminski have two passions, fishing and supporting those whose lives are touched by cancer. If they can make a difference with increasing awareness, helping in prevention, or providing support for those who fight the battle while fishing and promoting fishing they consider it a good day's work.  Kevin’s and Dean’s mission with Pink Boats For Hope is to increase and improve the awareness of cancer in today's world. Be it breast cancer, prostate cancer or any cancer that has taken family and friends from those who loved them before they were ready to say goodbye. They work with multiple cancer foundations whose goals are to research and develop a cure for these heartless and ugly diseases. By bringing the pink Ranger boats into the professional fishing world, they hope to gather attention and support. As they work within the fishing community, from the novice angler to the most seasoned professional, Kevin and Dean hope their efforts will support the survivors and their families.  Kevin and Dean contribute stories of encouragement and triumph through the outdoors for those with disabilities.
